Reishi Extract
Our Reishi Tincture is made using a dual extraction process with water and alcohol.
The reishi mushroom, also known as lingzhi, has been used for hundreds of years in Asian countries in the treatment of infections. Recently, it has been used by doctors for treatment of pulmonary diseases and cancer.
Reishi has shown to enhance the immune system, fight seasonal allergies, reduce stress, improve your sleep and lessen fatigue since you're getting better sleep!

Each extract is made using the 100% dried Fruiting Body extracts created using the Dual-Extraction process (Alcohol and Hot Water extraction) on cultivated mushrooms to produce a superior product.
Recommend dose: 1-2 mg once a day (1 dropper full of tincture)

Extract Suggestions
Be sure to shake the bottle before you open it. You can use anywhere from 1-2 droppers of your tincture. Best methods have been to take it under your tongue or put it in your coffee, tea or drink of your choice.
It make take a few weeks to feel the effects, especially with lion's mane, but be patient. Within 1-2 weeks, you should feel a difference with lion's mane. The others are more subtle, so it may take longer to notice the effects.
