Your search for good, quality mushrooms ends here. Dryad Grove is pleased to offer gourmet mushrooms to the greater DFW area, offering the freshest mushrooms around. You can currently find our mushrooms at several restaurants in the area, at Clearfork Farmers Market and Hood County Farmers Market every weekend. You can also find all of our medicinal products at Ginger's Tea and Herb Co. located in Weatherford.

Our family-owned business understands the importance of providing customers with the products they need and want--and that includes delicious, top-quality, and of course, completely nutrious mushrooms and mushroom products.

Who We Are
We are Jason and LeAnne Westvang based out of Weatherford, TX. Jason is the creative force behind all things Dryad Grove while LeAnne keeps the business end running. Mike Westvang, Jason's father, also helps wherever he can!
We often get asked how we got into the business of growing mushrooms. It all started with a trip out to Lake Weatherford, a foraged flush of pearl oyster mushrooms and a desire to grow more of the delicious mushrooms we found on that hike around the lake that day. What began as a quarantine project started with watching a LOT of YouTube videos (or as we call it, the University of Youtube) on how to grow mushrooms and has since become a full blown business today. There has been so much learning as we go, and we would not have it any other way. The more we learn about mushrooms, the more determined we are to share them with the world.
LeAnne and Jason also have two sons, Henry and Soren, who keep them more than busy during down time! Henry also helps out with the business.You can usually find him at the Clearfork Farmers Markets on Saturdays helping us out!
